With the extreme temperatures that have been occurring this summer, it's extremely important to remember to stay cool and hydrated. One of the best home items to make use of during extremely hot weather is a fan. Did you know that a typical ceiling fan can cool a room by about 10 degrees? Also take note that the coolest rooms in your home are on the lowest level, as heat rises. Another thing I would like to advise you on is that when you need to repair your air conditioner, even though we want to get your unit fixed as soon as possible, when the heat is severe we have an overflow of service calls. Should it take us a day or 2 to get out to your home for a service call, utilize public facilities that have air conditioning. One of the best places to cool off is the Public Library. How It Works

When speaking to a friend or family member in need of a quote for a new furnace and/or air conditioner, just tell them to call us and make sure that they mention your name when scheduling their appointment. If the person you referred decides to go with an installation of a new furnace and/or air conditioner, we will call to inform you that your check for $100 will be mailed to you soon! It's that easy!

Is There a Referral Limit?

Absolutely not! You will receive $100 for every customer you refer to us that goes with an installation of a new unit. The majority of Nortek Environmental, Inc.'s business is generated off of referrals. We always appreciate it when one of our previous customers informs a family member or a friend that we are an exceptional company.

What Other Special Programs Does Nortek Environmental, Inc. Offer?

The best program that Nortek Environmental, Inc. offers is the Nortek Environmental, Inc. Preventative Maintenance Agreement (also known as a PMA), which is a 1 year membership program. With the purchase of a PMA through Nortek Environmental, Inc., you will receive the following services:

• (1) 22-Point Certified Cleaning, Tune-Up and Inspection for your Air Conditioner in the Spring
• (1) 22- Certified Cleaning, Tune-Up and Inspection for your Furnace in the Fall

Along with the provided services, the Nortek Environmental, Inc. Preventative Maintenance Agreement also entitles you to exclusive benefits made only available to PMA Members. These benefits include:

• A 10% Discount on all Parts and Labor for any service call during your Agreement period.
• Priority scheduling when calling in to set up an appointment.
