At Nortek Environmental, Inc., our best customers often come from referrals — and we believe saying “thank you” should come with real rewards. Our newly improved Referral Rewards Program is designed to thank you for recommending Nortek to the people you care about.
When your referral completes their first qualifying service with Nortek, you earn rewards — it’s that simple.
How the Referral Rewards Program Works
Submit a Referral
Refer a friend, family member, or neighbor using Nortek’s official referral form:

Your Referral Schedules Service
Your referral must be a new Nortek customer household and complete their first paid service with Nortek Environmental, Inc.
Earn Rewards
You earn $5 for every $250 spent on your referral’s completed service, up to a maximum of $250 per referred household.
Choose Your Reward
Once processed, you’ll be notified and can select a gift card from participating retailers.
Reward Breakdown
- Minimum reward: $5
- Earn $5 per $250 spent by the referred customer
- Maximum reward: $250 per new customer household
- Rewards are processed within 30 days of final payment collection
Eligible Services
All Nortek services qualify — not just new equipment installations. As long as the new customer referral completes a paid service, it counts.
Program Terms & Conditions
To ensure fairness and clarity, the following terms apply:
Eligibility
New Customers Only
Referral rewards apply only to new Nortek customer households. Existing Nortek customers are not eligible to be referred for rewards.
First Transaction Only
Rewards are issued only for the referred customer’s first completed service. Additional services performed for that household or business are not eligible.
Referral Submission Required
All referrals must be submitted through an official Nortek referral link prior to service completion. Referrals submitted through other channels do not qualify.
Program Start Date
Referrals must be submitted on or after January 23, 2026. Referrals made prior to this date are not eligible for rewards under the updated program.
Payment & Processing
- Only paid transactions greater than $0 qualify.
- Rewards are calculated based on the final amount paid, excluding refunds, chargebacks, or disputed payments.
- Rewards are issued after final payment is received and processed, typically within 30 days.
Additional Program Guidelines
- Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Nortek Environmental, Inc. reserves the right to verify referral eligibility.
- Nortek may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
- Fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate referrals may result in disqualification.
