Founded by Lisa Latimer and supported by her husband Ron—our Field Supervisor with decades of hands-on industry experience—Nortek combines expert field knowledge with exceptional customer service. Norton: The Face of Comfort
Customers often ask: “How did you come up with Norton, your mascot?”
We knew we wanted a figure that embodied both warmth and cool—and one that represented our love for animals (we’re big on rescues).
At first, we thought about a fire-and-ice theme or even using a dog. But nothing quite clicked until we landed on the Yeti. Always cold but kept warm by his fur.
Just like that, Norton was born.
