 I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding job your heating pros did helping me out when I really needed it.
Back in January, just as the worst cold spell of the season was about to hit, my furnace died on me, and I really needed heat badly. Having just purchased my condo in September, the home warranty I had was still valid, so I went through my home warranty administrator so that I would receive reimbursement for the work on my furnace. Unfortunately, the first company they referred me to was not your, but another high profile company that among other things, also is involved in HVAC repairs. They sent an inexperienced employee who realized he wasn't sure what he was doing and waited for a more experienced employee, who told him that he had done it all wrong, that my furnace was beyond repair, and that I needed a new one.
This time the home warranty admin wanted a second opinion and fortunately, referred me to Nortek. Nortek was able to send someone on the same day I called. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem. They placed an order immediately, and pulled a few strings with the supplier and got the new furnace delivered the very next day. The men came and installed the furnace right away.
I really feel that I have finally gotten top quality pros helping me for once, when I really needed them. I have recommended Nortek to all my friends and family. Thank you to Ron, Dan and Lisa from Nortek for doing a great job!
